QLER Telepsychiatry is the leader for on-demand access to psychiatry in America’s emergency departments. As a physician-led, TJC-accredited, and rapidly growing organization, we work with hospitals to expand their mental health care reach through dedicated telehealth partnerships for psychiatry.

QLER’s board-certified psychiatrists are available 24/7/365 with an average response time of less than 90 minutes, effectively treating patients of any age and psychiatric condition in any care setting. This includes real-time mental health care consults for ED’s, inpatient units, and outpatient settings. BHU management, scheduled outpatient clinics, and collaborative care are also available services.

QLER is currently working in 25 states with plans to expand to all others based on customer need.
